Individual therapy

Therapy can be provided either in-person at our private clinic in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire or online.

During the Summer months I provide (female only) 1:1 walk and talk sessions at Northchurch Common, Berkhamsted, HP4. For many this can provide the perfect combination of therapy, nature and gentle exercise.
